This stuff is pricey, at least from the local whole foods
store: I paid $8.95 for 4 fl. oz. But it's well worth
the price over drugstore sunscreens.
This a full spectrum sunscreen (*always* look for one that blocks BOTH UVA and UVB rays. While you don't get burned with one that isn't full spectrum, you can still experience the aging effects of the sun).
It has a nice creamy consistency; it tends to show white when first applied but that quickly dissipates when you rub it in.
Best of all, it has a great scent, from organic lavender. It also contains infusions of chamomile, gingko biloba, and green tea, along with organic aloe vera and yarrow extract.
All of this means that even my boyfriend will use it (hurray!) when he rejects most drugstore sunscreens like Coppertone and Ocean Potion.
It's very moisturizing, another plus here in the desert. All in all, two thumbs up for this one.
