This is really an eyeshadow base, but it calls itself a foundation for the eyes. A tiny dab is all you need to layer a thin coat over each lid. This product makes even the cheapest shadows last for ever. I have never had eyeshadow last all day on me - and mine does, since I started using this product. Worth its weight in gold.
