Since I have to try every new product that comes out, I purchased a sample size jar of this new eye cream from Almay. Maybe I'm biased towards the extraordinary Dream Products Eye creams, or maybe this one just wasn't for me. I have slightly dry skin around my eyes and dark circles and I need a moisturizing eye cream to get concealor to blend smoothly. Well, this cream was horrible. It claims to "illuminate" the eye area but what it really does is make the eye area all white as if you put zinc-oxide around your eyes. It feels moisturizing when you first put it on, but after 10 minutes, it still had not absorbed into my skin. Plus, it started to flake and little balls of white lotion started forming around my eyes (yuck!). There was no way I could possibly blend concealer after putting this stuff on. I just can't see spending $11 on this when there are tons of other eye creams that
