I really do think that this is a very good eye liner, but works best when applied *before* eye shadow. It glides on, especially if you always keep it sharpened well enough, and has excellent staying power. It never runs or smears on me, and I have oily skin. This gets high marks from me. It's a keeper, girls! :)
