I am really impressed with these cream shadows. They are a true cream, thick and silky, rather than liquidy/gel like Maybelline's Cool Effects or Rimmel's Watercool. Almay's shadows blend on incredibly smoothly, and take a minute to "set", giving you the chance to blend more colors on. When the cream dries, you are left with subtle shimmer and smooth natural finish. I haven't had any trouble with creasing or fading. I bought three shades: Mocha Shimmer, which is a neutral taupe with very subtle (almost invisible) coppery shimmer; Champagne Shimmer, which is a nice goldish champagne with more shimmer; and Golden Gleam which is not gold at all, but instead a very pale platinum/champagne and pale shimmer. There are several other colors available, but I hope that Almay expands their selection because these are wonderful!
