This is one of the best drugstore foundations I've tried. After buying two, I finally settled on NEUTRAL, which is 2-3 shades darker than the BUFF shade I wear in Almay Amazing Lasting Sheer Foundation. This formula has 8% titanium dioxide, and it did brighten my face, without looking white. It also covered under-eye circles well. The light coverage is slightly heavier than Prescriptives Unmakeup, but this blended well, and stayed matte looking all day.
