This is a yellow based concealer that comes in a tube like Presciptives Camoflage Cream. It is thin in consistency, and seems to apply quite sheer. I didn't think that it covered well, but a few minutes later it had dried to a more opaque coverage, maybe because of the 12% titanium dioxide. It didn't crease or look crinkly, but it didn't "energize" or "de-puff" either. Overall, it's just a decent, lightweight concealer.
