This is the first drugstore lipstick I have liked in a very long time! This formulation has a matte, suede-like texture and Sheer Plum is a purplish fuschia that, surprisingly, is not at all garish (at least on pale, cool-toned me). The thing that makes this product a winner for me is the complete lack of discernible fragrance. I will be giving Almay lipsticks a closer look from now on.
