This is not a "new" product but I absolutely love, love, loooove this mascara! I have literally lost track of how many brands of mascara I have tried through the years, but out of them all, Almay's Amazing Lash in "Extremely Black" is my no-contest #1.

The brush is thick and dense and does an incredible job of covering and seperating my lashes. The mascara itself is neither too thick nor too thin...nice medium texture. I have not once in the years since I've been using this brand had any smearing,(and I have oily skin) flaking or clumping! Lashes stay soft and have a beautiful glossy look! It also washes off easily with my regular facial cleansers. (Cetaphil or J&J Head to Toe Baby Wash)

If you are used to thin, watery mascaras that takes several coats to build any effect, this mascara will probably seem to go on almost too fast..so work slowly the first time. Two coats is the most I've ever used or needed.

None of this review applies to the waterproof formula since I never use waterproof mascaras.
