This topical exfoliant cream claims to gentle buff away dead skin cells in a non-irritating way. I've been using it for over two months. It does help to keep my skin smooth and soft, but I still need to use a face scrub (honey and sugar) every now and then to really "exfoliate". I have seen smoother skin and more even skin tone from this product, however. In between scrub treatments it truly does feel like it works to keep things smooth and even. This was also pleasing to me because it helps to fade in reddish marks from acne. My skin is slow to heal, but this speeds things up. You use it am and pm under your moisturizer.
