Alterna is amazing! This is a volumnizing spray that really works, giving added body and fullness to fine, limp hair. Folically deprived is a kind way to describe the super fine hair I've treated and mistreated for years, veering from perms to sprays to spritzes - anything for needed puff, pouf or bounce.

Alterna Life not only gives extra body but it's body that lasts until the next shampoo and it isn't heavy, so hair retains softness (one plus for fine hair!)

It's super easy to use - after shampooing just spray the volumnizing mousse onto damp hair, especially by the roots. Then I give my head a quick massage to distribute the foam before blow drying. Couldn't be happier that I'm now ready to go without having to use a curling iron.
