glowy, sheen, light coverage
I didn't like this as much as Voile (see my review for Voile for more details about this company) but it's still a great mineral powder in concept. Glissade is supposed to be for drier skins as it is coated with silicones to buffer your skin. It doesn't have as much coverage as Voile but I could not build it up enough because Glissade seems to bind to any flakes or dry bits you have and bead up on your face. I didn't add more as it would have just made the beading more obvious.
But it leaves a nice dewy glow probably because of the silicones and my face looked great for a few hours and then it got greasy. I also got itchy on the parts where the Glissade beaded up. So it can or cannot work for sensitive dry skins.
Another thing I forgot to mention in my Voile review which applies here is that there is a good variety of colours to choose from but they don't have much in between shades so you are forced to mix. I am pretty good at picking out colours and even went by the BE comparison chart they have but their idea of light unless you are PPP is still really dark in comparison. I don't think they have the range that they brag about but if they are talking about mixing then yes, they offer the variety to mix. Then maybe baggie refills should be offered for those that need to mix. Frankly, I could not be bothered with the mess.
