This is an all-natural conditioner with no artificial ingredients or preservatives--exactly what I was looking for. I found it to be barely adequate for my hair, which is long and has a tendency to be dry. It would probably work better for someone whose hair is more oily. I felt that it did not deeply condition my hair, however my hair seems to look cleaner longer since using this conditioner. I think this would be a great product for someone who only needs a light conditioner. I gave it a 4 mainly because I wasn't too fond of the smell.
