I wasn't sure which category to put this under: lipstick/balm/gloss?? I chose the "lipbalm" category since this product is supposed to be used in place of lipliner, lipstick and gloss. This product is a cross between a stain and a lipbalm. It goes on smoothly using the sponge-tip applicator included. I chose "Petal Pink." As with most stains, the product is much deeper-looking in the jar than actually on your lips. It gives my lips the subtlest hue of pink, and rather than dry them out, this actually moisturizes my lips! There's a hint of menthol in the ingredients, which provides a nice cooling effect after application. This goes away shortly after applying. I've also used it under lipstick for a fresh look. This is definitely a must-try for the price. There are 3 shades: clear, brown, and petal pink. I gave it a "4" instead of "5" because this does contain Paba as its sunscreen ingredient (spf 15). I think paba is a known irritant, but so far, it hasn't bothered my lips whatsoever!
