This conditioner would be okay for fine hair in the summer, when it doen't need much moisture but detangling. This leaves me with slightly drier hair than with other conditioners, and sort of left a residue on my hair. I also found that my hair got tangled easily during the day. It smelled kinda like the Mega Shampoo, but more chemical-ly. Worth $4, no more.
