This stuff really works great with protecting hair against humidity! Usually, my straight hair falls completely flat in humid or wet weather but using this pomade allowed my hair to hold a curl from curling iron. Only a little is needed, so the jar lasts for a long time. Also, it makes your hair shiny and smells herbal (like all AVEDA products). I recommend this product for those who have trouble controlling their hair in humid climates. AVEDA makes two versions of the pomade--one that protects against humidity and one that doesn't.
