I've been using this product for over a year now and I am always pleased with it. It's kind of expensive, but my first stick has lasted over a year so it's been a great value. I definitely notice a change for the worse on the days I haven't used it. I hate the "Aveda smell" but I've become accustomed to it. Also, using just a bit at roots and ends applied with my fingertips adds just enough texture and control to my very fine hair. Just be careful not to use too much or your hair will get sticky! Otherwise, a really great product.
