This is an intensive conditioner that I put in my hair at night before
going to bed. The next morning I wash my hair as normal. It has given
my hair a restored healthy look like when you just got it cut. I asked at
the counter if it could be used this way and was told it was a great way
to use it. I have straightened african american hair but my friend who
introduced this to me has very fine tinted blonde hair and I could see
the difference in her hair. Which of course caused me to ask what she was
using. If you are looking for a great intensive conditioner this
would be it. Non greasy at all. I put the curessence in my hair when it
was dry you can alsouse it as a 5-10 min conditioner in the shower.
