I expected to this product to be a lot like the other twist up pens out there. It is, but it is definitely a bit better. The color is a beautiful light coral brown with very small gold sparkles. It seems to last longer than the other pens and is more creamy and pigmented. It isn't quite as pigmented as a liquid lipstick, but defintely the creaminess increases the pigment-carrying capacity of the gloss. It lasted all morning although I had a few sips of coffee and a few cookies. It has only the faintest vanilla smell and no taste. I used the Glimmertsicks lipliner in Simply spice with it and neither product wore the other one off. This looked great with peachy blush. it is listed as a neutral, but warmed up my face consideraby.
