Another Avon item I can applaude. If I keep having such luck with their products I'm afraid a majority of my stash will become Avon. The Ultra Luxery Lip Liner is marketed as being creamy and easy to apply. It is just that. Its not exactly "creamy", but it doesn't drag or pull lips. I got Nude, which surprisingly enough was rich enough to cover my pigmented lips and give me a great nude lip. There was a slight orange undertone on this pencil which means tho Avon claims it is Neutral, tends to make it more warm. I've heard complaints of this turning orange on some people, and I could definitly see that happening, especially on cool toned people or people with fair skin. But all in all, I am really impressed with this liner and will probably add more of them to my collection in the new future.
