This lipstick states that it is a plumping lipstick, I can't tell if it is and I don't care because my lips are already pouty, I just love it for the color itself. It is a toffee color and I love the natural look that it portrays. It reminds me of that color that the woman who comes out on the X-files wears, what is her name, Scully? Well, I loved the color she had on and this one is the closest I have gotten to it.
