I read about this on icompact so I decided to try it even though I haven't found any Brilliant Moisture colors that suited me so far and the texture is a little too moisturizing for me. I was amazed at the color of this lipstick. It is true that the catalog color doesn't say anything about it. It is a beautiful mauve color with hints of brown and deep pink. It doesn't look shimmery on, but there is a subtle irridescence that can only be seen when looking at the l/s in the tube. This sheen makes the product lip plumping when on. The color is at once a mauve "baby lips" and a sophisticated color. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the texture is too moist making it hard to keep on. I use a Glimmersticks lipliner that helps hold the color to the edges of my lips.
