This is the best eye and lip makeup remover I have tried. It doesn't irritate my eyes and is tasteless on the lips. This is also the most expensive makeup remover that I have used. One point off for being too expensive for me. It's $15 for a bottle that contains only 2 fl. oz. If you don't mind the price, this is a winner.
