I got this 3.4oz shampoo from Ulta 3 in Chicago and paid $.99 only. It's a wonderful moisturizing shampoo for people with dry/damage hair. It does make my hair appear healthier and stronger without conditioner. However, you'll definitely need to use a deep conditioner afterward if you have very dry hair. It also smells very fresh like a combination of peach and green apple. I love this shampoo very much!
