For only 2 bucks, i bought this, not expecting much. The package says it's formulated for normal to oily skin, includes moisturizers, and is a great makeup base. I used it under my makeup and it does melt into my skin easily and has very little fragrance. It is oil free and did not make me break out. I reccomend it for people with dry, normal, or combo skin, but not if it's very very oily. You can get it at WalMart, CVS, or anyplace that sells suncare.
