Not Sure of the Use of This
I received this as part of a set. It is supposed to be a setting powder that can be applied throughout the day.
The pluses are that it imparts a lovely cooling sensation on application. It also gives you the "feeling" that you're setting your makeup and that's what you're supposed to do, right?
But that's about it.
I don't feel that it makes a difference in terms of the staying power of my makeup, and therefore is an unnecessary step in my routine. However, I am not currently in the ever-present humidity of Alabama (where I used to live), so its effectiveness might be more evident there.
