Just received in the mail today and I am totally blown away by this product. I have chronically chapped lips and nothing ever seems to work really well for me. This is a two part system that starts with a cream that you leave on your lips for 2-3 minutes and then rub it off along with the chapped and flaky skin. You follow this with a truly wonderful lip balm that is so soothing.... This was recommended in Paula Begoun's books and I have tried her version of this and have not been that happy. One application of this product and my lips are smooth and happy!
