This is a yellowish cream primer for the eyelids in a cute mirror compact. It's suppose to even out your eye lids by disguising veins and darkness. It is creamy and opaque so you must apply with layers using a patting motion. On my oily lids, it did even out my eyelids and it didn't make my eyelids yellow (i have yellow-toned, medium asian skin)Instead, it seemd to brighten my eyes and I felt I didn't need to apply eyeshadow. i looked awake. However, i didn't like the feeling it had on my lids, it didn't dry into a powdery finish. I'll continue to use it on days when I don't feel like using eyeshadow.
