I have tried many Benefit products over the last few years and I must say that I have not been impressed with that many of them. This latest purchase was returned the very next week. Mr. Frosty is a pearl white eyeliner/pencil. While the color is very pretty, the consistency has to be some of the worst I've seen. This pencil crumbles and clumps when applied under the eye. It is impossible to get a smooth line! For $15.00 you would think the formula would at least be decent. When the MA asked me why I was returning it and I told her, she did not seem at all suprised. Since then, I have replaced it with a Sephora eye pencil in the same color and it works beautifully (and cost 1/3 the price!)
