It is technically a shimmer powder but I use it primarily as an eye shadow.
This is one of those products that is just plain fun. It comes in a cute little glass bottle. Ruby Doo is a plum color, and since it is very buildable and blendable you can make it any color from a sheer lilac to an intense purple/plum.
