There is absolutely no reason a black lining pencil should cost this much. It is no different than any of the drugstore brands I have tried. It was just a chunky black kohl pencil. The thing I have realized about Benefit is- their "specialty" products such as Benetint, Oh La Lift, etc, are great, and worth the money, but their basic color cosmetics are way overpriced and really no different than less expensive brands!
