This stuff is a waterproof liquid that seals your makeup! I use it instead of water for cake eyeliner and my eyeliner does NOT SMUDGE A BIT! I splashed water on my face and it remained put!! East to remove too! I also use a bit for my eyebrow makeup and the color stays fresh all day even if I scratch it! I love this product! Its a godsend for those with dribbling eye makeup!
