I got this product to seal my eyeliner, which tends to get smudgy under my eyes. It did not do as it promised. It did seal eyeliner on the top of my lids, and maybe reduced the smudging underneath a little. I have not tried it to seal on mascara, eyeshadow, or brows. Personally, my eyeliner smudged, so it was just a waste of money.
