This stuff is GREAT to keep eyeliner, mascara, and brows put. Eyeliner will not even rub off - it must be removed with cleanser. I highly recommend it for those areas. You can also use it on the eyelids but I find that it takes too long to dry and when you open your eye, the lid sticks to your crease and it pulls the shadow off. If you're patient enough to keep your eyes closed for a few minutes, it does stop the eyeshadow from fading. I tried it on my lips as well, and I think it helped a little but not enough to use it up on that area - $22 is pretty expensive for this product (La Femme makes a knock-off for $3 which you can purchase on makeupmania.com). However, I think if you stick to using it just for your eyeliner, mascara, and brows, it's a good buy.
