The Blemish Bomb came in about two inch-sized silver packets, which must be opened, so that the clear goo could be squeezed out onto the pimple. I tried to apply it on my shoulder and on my cheek, but it was extremely gooey and started to slip. After a few seconds, my skin began to burn and turn reddish. The Blemish Bomb had aggravated my blemishes and had not helped in any way.
