This is really good stuf, it is gentle and it has helped clear my T-zone (I have combination, medium-sensitive skin) which was horrible after two months of traveling. The reason why I give it 4 is because it doesn't remove all of the mascara (which isn't waterproof), but it does remove foundation and eyeshadow. No breakouts, irritations or sore eyes. Thumbs up!
