This moisturizer actually comes in a can, very much like hair mousse. It feels like mousse too when you first put it on your face -- it goes from feeling very wet to feeling somewhat sticky. However, once it dries (it takes maybe a minute) this is a pretty nice moisturizer that sits nicely under makeup or gives your skin a natural (not too matte or too shiny) finish without makeup. It has the same cucumber-aloe type of fragrance that most Biore products seem to have. I gave it a "4" because I have fairly dry skin and I usually need more moisture than this product provides. It is great for days when I've got blemishes or just a more oily T-zone and I imagine it will come in handy when it gets hot (and my skin gets oilier) this summer. I think anyone with oily or combination skin would be pleasantly surprised by this product.
