i have sensitive skin and i can't put on anything too harsh...i would say this is a very nice scrub than a cleansing foam because there are micro-powders inside that refines the texture of your skin..so that you feel very fresh, clean, and new..i don't use this cleanser every day cause as i said this is more like a exfoliator..
