This is one of the better lip balms I have tried. It does have menthol in it and feels very cooling upon application. It moisturizes lips well and does not have any distinctive taste or smell. I use this at night only but this does offer spf 15 protection for day time use. But dop be careful not to over apply it coz it can casue the lips to dry out severely instead.
