Honey Bunch had been on my wish list for months, ever since I tested it the day I purchased Bloom Baby Cake lip gloss. However, after all this time would I still think it was a must-have product? In a word, yes. First, a little about Bloom lip gloss in general. It has a creamy and slightly sticky texture and a light scent. The glosses are scented with vanilla and mandarin oils. I don't smell the mandarin, but the vanilla is light enough so it doesn't bother me. The staying power is above average compared to most glosses on the market right now, but it *is* a gloss so expect to reapply every couple of hours ... sooner if you eat or drink in the meantime. The color selection is fantastic too, 18 shades in all. Bordeaux is next on my list. ;-) Now, here are some specifics about Honey Bunch. The color is plum bronze with a little bit of shimmer. It's a bit on the sheer side, but color is buildable. It looks beautiful layered over lipsticks and other glosses (love it layered over MAC Sheer Plum and "O" lipsticks), but I prefer to wear it on its own without lip liner. I still don't like the long straight sponge-tipped applicator (see my review of Baby Cake for an explanation), but IMO the color and quality make up for it.
