Bobbi Brown's collection for Fall in Stonewashed Nudes is absolutely, no-doubt-about-it, awesome! The colors in the eye palette are muted, cool, giving eyes a very modern yet natural look.
And, the Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks in Stonewashed Pink is perfection The tone is a hint of coral paired with pink, a stonewashed adobe, if you will. Worn with any of the shades in the eye palette results in a harmonious, totally put-together face, an assured appearance.
Creamy, smooth, and gliding on easily, the Pot Rouge is very sheer, which gives a glowing, healthy who-needs-makeup look. Adding to the "born with great coloring" appearance is the fact that lips and cheeks are in perfect color harmony.
Since manual dexterity is not one of my gifts, I use a lip brush. While my fingers do well with makeup application to cheeks, I can really mess up lips!
Another great plus for me is the staying power of the rouge. The color is so sheer, very much like a stain, that I thought I'd be reapplying throughout the day. Not so!
