Hello, I bought this in england, wanted the black shade but it was sold out! I opted for the violet shade, since I often wear purplish colors. This is the best eyeliner I've used. I've tried pencils, and find that they smear all the time! This gel eyeliner is everything other reviewers said: long lasting (its hard to remove!), easy to apply (gel that doesn't go solid in cold temperatures), and very pigmented. Its so easy to create a thin or thick line! I'm so pleased. My next purchase will be black, if I get a hold of it! Highly recommended!!
