I submitted a review after a few weeks of wear approximately 2 and a half years ago. Now I am submitting a newer review. I still love my gel eyeliners. I have been using my pot of Violet Ink gel eyeliner almost continuously, and I have yet to hit bottom (I have barely touched the other one that I own). I predict that my pot will last three years. The price isn't so bad when you think about it like that.
I do notice that the gel is drier and a bit harder to work with. Also, I need to have a completely clean brush in order to apply my liner smoothly (initially, I could apply e/l fine with a brush that had dried liner on it from the previous day. Gross, I know, but sometimes I'm lazy >_>). All in all, I will still repurchase this product, because Stila's violet liner (a very similar product) is not as dark.
