I have very sensitve skin and have found the benzoyl peroxide makes my skin red and flaky (and painful!). I love this! It has not caused any kind of an reaction and actually works! It gets rid of little ones overnight, medium ones in a couples of days, but unfortunately, doesn't really do anything for the honkers (what does??). It's also a disenfectant so its good for little scratches or what have you. I know your thinking tea tree OIL?? Doesn't that make you break out?? NO! So, if you have moderate acne and sensitive skin, this is a great thing to try!
