I've always had incredibly rough, flaky elbows (and let's not get into my upper arms. Ick), so I've been looking for a body scrub that could cut down on the flakiness. Well, when the Body Shop had its 2 Body Scrubs/Butters for $30 sale recently, I decided to pick up one of the Coconut kind (it had the least sickening smell of all the choices, and the graininess was similar to my usual facial exfoliator).

I was rather surprised when it actually worked, and worked well. My elbows are almost completely flake free, after only three uses, my knees have never been smoother, and it's starting to have some effect on my upper arms. I don't use very much, only about a teaspoon amount per section, too. The smell is definitely not overwhelming - by the time I'm done with my usual shower regime, it's just a faint coconut scent, which I like muchly (if there's one thing I hate about coconut-scented things, it's going around smelling like Malibu rum).

But yes, I'm very pleased with the result of this body scrub. Surpassed my expectations (which weren't that high to begin with, but whatever).
