This is a great lip balm. I'm from Texas, where the high humidity causes chapped lips to not be as big a problem. I had to go to Calgary on a business trip last year, however, and the dry climate caused my lips to painfully dry out. I happened to pass a Body Shop, so I popped in and picked this up. It transformed my lips! It took a couple of days for them to get back to normal, but then they were fine. Since then I've applied it every night, and my lips are soft and conditioned all the time. The only drawback is the taste. It's not the best, but not unbearable. You get used to it. It's definitely worth it!
