I got this with a gift set...it is a gel formula, not runny,

which is its saving grace. It is inexpensive, too. But

it does not remove makeup very well at all, and despite

the writing on the package, will not budge waterproof

makeup. It also stings the skin around my eyes. Maybe

it's good for removing eye shadows, but you could use

soap and water for that. I would recommend Estee Lauder gentle eye

makeup remover for non-waterproof eye and Lancome bi-facil

for waterproof eye wear.
