I bought this stuff because I didn't have eye makeup remover, and it was on clearance for .25 cents a bottle, so I stocked up. It does remove makeup well, and is not oily or greasy at all. If you use too much at once, though, your eyes will sting, so that's why I gave it a 4. Used moderately, it works well. No scent, oil, residue, or outright irritation.
