can i just say that i ADORE this stuff?!? i'm so excited to have found it, after hearing raves about it on this (awesome) site. anyway, it comes in a tube and you should apply over moisturizer or sunscreen, since alone it goes on kinda dry (hence the 4 rating). but once you've got it on smoothly and evenly, boy oh boy, it gives you a great, natural looking glow. i got the darker shade and it works fine for my fair skin. this stuff is a real drugstore find!
