This is a navy blue with silver sparkles eye pencil by Bonne Bell (the color is called Stardust). This pencil is fantastic! Goes on smoothly and evenly with a touch of silver sparkle in it. It also has good staying power. I also have the same pencil in black with silver sparkles and it's great too. I am really impressed, especially when I compare it to my expensive Clinique eye pencil that is all flaky and hard, and with which I practically have to gouge my eye out to get it to go on. I plan on going back to the drugstore and buying up all of these to hoard them. Get them before I do.
